We offer refunds within the first 30 days. Please email sales@bend-able.com or call 1 (541) 200-6937 Monday-Friday 9-5 (pacific time) for a return authorization code.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • We only take returns for items purchased on www.bend-able.com. All other purchase will need to be returned where they were originally purchased. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Once approved we will credit the original credit card the retuned items was purchased with. Credits to a credit card usually take 2-5 business days to show on your credit card statement.
